● Online Discharge Function

Performs constant-current discharge using a built-in dummy load while maintaining real-time online connection with the power system.

● Online Charging

Automatically starts online charging after discharge is completed, allowing the rectifier to charge the battery string. Eliminates the risk of high voltage differential when reconnecting the battery string to the system.

● Intelligent Mains Failure Handling

A unidirectional conduction path is built into the positive terminal from the tester to the system. In the event of a mains power failure, the tester immediately stops discharging and resumes power supply to the load (same applies to the negative terminal).

● Compatible with All UPS Systems

Supports not only center-tapped UPS systems but also all current types of UPS systems for full-string online discharge testing.

● Wireless Monitoring

Adopts Bluetooth wireless cell monitoring technology. Supports 2V/6V/12V cell voltage monitoring. Each wireless monitoring module can simultaneously monitor up to 4 cells, simplifying wiring.

● Large Touchscreen Display

Features an extra-large touchscreen for intuitive operation. Displays all discharge parameters during the process and shows cell voltage bar charts.

● Data Interconnection with Environmental Monitoring Systems

Allows data sharing with existing battery monitoring systems to access individual cell values.

● Discharge Current Calculation

Built with various discharge rate coefficients (e.g., C10, C20). Automatically calculates the required discharge current based on rated capacity and user-selected discharge hour rate. Discharged capacity is automatically converted to C10 capacity.

● Parameter Presets

Contains 8 factory preset discharge parameter sets for quick on-site operation.

● Multiple Discharge Stop Conditions

Supports four stop conditions: battery string voltage, individual cell voltage, discharge time, and discharge capacity. When discharge stops, the screen displays the stop reason with an audible alert.

● Multi-Cell Stop Threshold

Allows discharge to stop only when multiple cells fall below the threshold. Identifies multiple weak cells in a single discharge test with high accuracy.
