FGBV-75020D V2V EV charging & discharging rescue device. Vehicle-to-vehicle emergency power for stranded NEVs. Fast, portable, compatible with all GB-standard EVs. Shop now.
The FGBV Series is a multi-function charging and discharging rescue device designed for new energy vehicles and traction battery packs. Equipped with a high-performance power module and compliant with the GB/T 27930 protocol, it enables rapid energy transfer between vehicles and battery packs.
The FGBV Series supports four basic operating modes:
BtoV – Battery pack to vehicle
BtoB – Battery pack to battery pack
VtoB – Vehicle to battery pack
VtoV – Vehicle to vehicle emergency charging
The FGBV-75020A model additionally features a "Mobile Charging Pile Mode" , allowing AC input to provide DC charging for vehicles and battery packs.
The FGBV Series meets diverse needs including maintenance, rescue, and energy dispatch. It is widely applicable to emergency rescue, fleet energy management, and energy storage maintenance, serving as an efficient and flexible power distribution tool for the new energy industry.
When an EV runs out of power on highways, remote areas, or underground garages, the FGBV Series acts as a mobile "power bank". A rescue vehicle can quickly recharge the stranded EV using V2V mode, enabling it to reach the nearest charging station. Significantly improves rescue efficiency.
In 4S shops, repair centers, large parking lots, or vehicle delivery centers, the device provides convenient emergency charging for vehicles or standalone battery packs. No need to move vehicles or rely on fixed charging piles. Solves temporary, small-batch charging challenges.
For long-term parked inventory EVs or stored battery packs, regular charging and discharging is critical for maintaining battery health. The FGBV Series enables unattended batch cycling for charge/discharge maintenance. Prevents battery degradation from prolonged static storage, revitalizes inventory assets, and reduces depreciation losses.
In scenarios such as vehicle decommissioning, battery second-life utilization, or fleet energy management, residual energy from vehicles or battery packs can be efficiently recovered and transferred to energy storage systems or used to charge other vehicles or packs. Maximizes energy recycling value and reduces overall operating costs.
